Ingredients
(Servings: 6 to 8 numbers depending on the size of dosa)
Split green gram - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch (for dogs)
Water - As required
Directions
- Rinse well and soak split green gram for two to three hours.
- After soaking, drain excess water.
- Add 1/2 cup of rice flour to soaked split green gram.
- Add a pinch of salt (you can add more for you after setting some ground flour apart for your pet).
- Grind to a smooth consistency. Add water as required.
- Heat tawa, pour a ladle full of prepared flour to the center of the tawa and spread thinly.
- Drizzle some oil around it; coconut oil is preferable for your pet.
- This dosa gets cooked pretty fast and you need not flip it over to the other side.
- Roll and serve.
